The Character of God's Workman says the worker needs to have the following characteristics: * Knows to listen * Loves humanity * Is able to suffer * Summits to serve * Is diligent * Restrains the tongue * Is subjective * Has the correct attitude with money The principal motivation of the author is that the work of God not suffer because of unprepared workers and also, to strengthen those God has called to become efficient servants of Christ.
