Young kids reading this book will be encouraged to become Engineers and to get outdoors. It will serve as a road map for them as they read about exciting projects that Engineers work on and beautiful outdoor trips. If they read my accomplishments as an Engineer, it will inspire them to want to become Engineers. Engineering was a fantastic career for me. I had high responsibility and great satisfaction in making critical contributions. I loved every minute of it. At Boeing, I went to the Middle schools under Boeing STEM to convince these kids to become Engineers. Our country needs more Engineers since our colleges are not graduating enough. Our future depends on this.
