My story is about the Devil's justification for his hatred towards Mankind, and his anger towards God. What I feel makes my story unique is that the Devil is the protagonist of the story. He is the one we are trying to understand, we're hearing his side, and in a sense he's the hero for his cause. The story is a rational view on why there is love and hate, and the answer to the Devil's true purpose is revealed. Most religious people seem to take for granted that the Devil is just evil, and they don't care to know why. My story is a psychological examination on the character of the Devil; an attempt to find a rational reason in how figures like him could possibly exist. Hopefully both the religious and nonreligious persons alike will find the story both interesting and entertaining, while no doubt controversial.
