Paul McClaran Dini (nacido el 7 de agosto de 1957 en Nueva York) es un destacado guionista, productor y creador de cómics estadounidense, cuya influencia en la animación y la narrativa gráfica es ampliamente reconocida. Comenzó su carrera en la industria animada escribiendo para series como He-Man and the Masters of the Universe, Transformers, Star Wars: Ewoks y Tiny Toon Adventures. Su verdadero salto profesional llegó con su incorporación a Warner Bros. Animation, donde trabajó en Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, The New Batman Adventures y Batman Beyond.

Junto con Bruce Timm, co-creó personajes emblemáticos como Harley Quinn y Terry McGinnis, transformando el universo de Batman con guiones profundos y emocionantes. También desarrolló series como Freakazoid!, Duck Dodgers y Krypto the Superdog, además de aportar guiones para juegos exitosos como Batman: Arkham Asylum y Arkham City. En televisión, fue guionista y editor de guiones para la primera temporada de Lost y desarrolló la serie Tower Prep.
