Reseña del libro "Africapitalism and Entrepreneurship"
Africapitalism and Entrepreneurship for Peace Building is a study motivated by the African values of Ubuntu and kwanza principles and philosophy. Africapitalism impinges on the philosophy of wealth creation and modes through which African businesses create social wealth through African values. The evolution and trends of thoughts of entrepreneurship was x-rayed alongside its models, characteristics and the associated risks. Entrepreneurship education is linked to economic networking, the social network theory argues that an individual may be able to recognize the existence of an entrepreneurial opportunity but lack the social connection to transform it into business. To a reasonable extent, peace building as posited by various authors, the reconstructive and transformative peace building was differentiated and it further opines that peace as a process is directly and indirectly linked to increasing development and reducing conflict and concludes that Africapitalism is about contributing to the African Peace and Security Architecture (APSA) through business approach method.
