"Grey Laws" laws written with deliberate double meaning for deliberate misuse: the Patriot Act and other illegal laws, Acts, and programs which are about targeting the people. Corrupt programs put in place for protecting corrupt people. Kali Das helps explain the Elite, their psychology and mind set, and helps to explain their plans and motives based on this- in a way that is easy to see and understand.
