The Road to the Kingdom contains aphorisms that have a specific spiritual source also such as Lao Tzu and Jesus in order to provide spiritual inspiration. The book also further describes methods of meditation to aid readers in anchoring themselves spiritually. These methods include focusing on your ultimate goal, (The Kingdom) and spending time in nature. After each passage the reader may then reflect and become still.
