As a world-class astrologist and adviser to several international government bodies, Jones, armed with keen astronomic timing and superlative combat skills, is single-minded in his desire to protect Afarland's leadership and the daughter of Afarland's president, as he plans to come to Peregrine, Ohio to promote his unusual book on American football, and while knowing full well that he will be plunged into the darkness of criminal minds at play.
