This book was initially conceived as a Medicine Open Guide. It is a tool that will prove essential for the doctor-patient relationship. Written in Spanish and English, the book presents a system that describes in a simple way and with easily understandable vocabulary the process of self-diagnosis of symptoms suffered by the patient, so that the doctor can identify and confirm the diagnosis. The patient should fill in the forms that will establish a code (ex. J520) which will define all symptoms in simple medical terms.
