Grandaddy Drove An Oldsmobile is a tale of the 1950's about two skinny twin urchins living in the colonial and historic village of Worthington, Ohio. Their adventures encompass exploring the woods and ravines in Davy Crocket coonskin hats and walking around with their cowboy hats and fanner fifties revolvers. Their love of American cars, family members who are vivid characters, emerging rock and roll music, and their creation of havoc in the village is well told.
