A vintage coloring book children from the 1940's of children at play. Published in 1944 by Whitman Publishers, these illustrations have excellent examples of a child's body and form. A paper doll artist and art critic, Doris Butler, made few coloring books, and this is an exceptional find. Selected drawings are of children's games, sports, and simple everyday activities.Not only is this coloring book a fun, interactive activity, but a valuable resource.
