100 Proof Isn’t for the Fainthearted is my first personal collection of poetry. This piece exposes the emotions from the deepest parts within us in order to face our pain and heartbreak head on. I think we are all a little sad in our own way, and I believe the only way to heal is to feel everything all over again. This collection allows readers to connect with all the locked-up feelings hiding in the corners of our brokenness. We all deserve some healing. And some happy.
